Brian Hill is the Head Coach for the Mansfield Destroyers in
their 2019 NYCBL Inaugural Season. Hill helped lead the Elmira Pioneers to the 2006 playoffs in the NYCBL and the 2007 NYCBL Championship, along with the PGCBL 2013 West Division Championship. In 2017, Hill was named Head Coach of the Elmira Pioneers and led them to 27 wins and a trip to the PGCBL Divisional Championship. Several of his former players have been drafted, including 16 in just
the past two years. In Coach Hill's First Year at the Helm he Lead the Destroyers to the Playoffs reaching the West Division Championship Round in the inaugural season.
Prior to Hill's tenure with the Pioneers, he was the 2004 Mid State Athletic Conference Coach of the Year and the Gaffer baseball Head Coach and General Manager. In 2001, Hill reinstated the defunct baseball program at Corning Community College and continued as Head Coach there for 9 seasons (2001- 2010). Hill is also an Associate Professor at Corning Community College teaching physical education, coaching, health and wellness.

Morris played at Berea College for two and a half years before hanging up the spikes to enter the coaching ranks.
Morris guided the Berea Middle School baseball team to its most victories in a single season in over five years.
After that, he joined the renowned Athletx sporting brand for four and a half years - serving as an All-American Coach, Elite National Team Coach, and National Talent Scout for Baseball Youth. No Athletx-brand representative has more events under their belt than he.
Nate has also served as a National Talent Scout for the Youth World Series, Youth Nationals, and Versus brand tournaments. In addition to coaching and scouting, Nate has given private lessons for the last four and a half years to some of the nation's premier up-and-coming baseball prospects. Additionally, for last year Nate has worked as an all-sport personal trainer, focusing his clients on not only strengthening the body but also the mind.
Morris joins the Destroyers with a wealth of knowledge for the game, and a fiery competitive spirit. "I look forward to leading this talented ball club," Morris says, "This group is literally the future of baseball, and I'm excited to coach these outstanding prospects."
